نظر مشتری و چت آنلاین | Customer reviews and chat

Before they get in touch, many customers want to know whether others were happy with your work, and they often have one quick question. This add-on gives your site both: a place to show reviews from your real customers and a chat window where visitors can send a message on the spot.

What you get

• A reviews section on your site for feedback you collect from your customers
• The option to approve reviews before they appear
• A live chat window on your pages
• Chat and reviews set up on both the Persian and English versions
• Guidance on answering messages and managing reviews
