Accessibility statement
We want this site to be easy to use for everyone, including people who get around with a keyboard instead of a mouse. Here is the standard we aim for, what is in place so far and where we still fall short. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
Our target
WCAG 2.1, level AA
Metro Pars aims for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. It is the standard we work toward; we do not claim full conformance or any certification.
What the site does today
- You can move through the site with a keyboard.
- A skip link takes you straight to the main content.
- Focus is visible, so you can tell where you are on the page.
- Text and background colours have readable contrast.
- Persian pages use a right-to-left layout.
- Images have alternative text.
- Menus work without a mouse.
Known limits
We are still adding pages to the site. Some parts that come from third-party providers, such as forms and checkout, may not fully meet our target yet.
